Return & Refund Policy
At V&M Vogue, every piece is carefully crafted and packed with premium attention to detail.
Return & Exchange Eligibility:
Customers may request an exchange for size-related issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To be eligible for an exchange or return review, the product must:
• Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• Have original tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase/order confirmation
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Used or washed products
• Perfume-stained or damaged items
• Sale or promotional items
• Customized or altered products
• Gift cards
Damaged / Incorrect Orders:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@vmvogue.in with:
• Clear product images
• Packaging images
• Unboxing video
This helps us evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
• A damaged product is received
• An incorrect item is delivered
• The requested exchange item is unavailable
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping & Reverse Pickup Charges:
Shipping charges, COD charges, and reverse pickup charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
